Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with LumiSculpt. We want you to love your gua sha tool but if something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to start a return
Email us at richardxdavid96@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with instructions on where to send your item.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In that case, we'll cover the cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect this.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your gua sha tool arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at richardxdavid96@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on used skincare tools unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
