Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During high order volume, processing may take slightly longer we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates that begin from the date your order ships, not the date it was placed. Actual delivery may vary based on customs processing, local carrier handling, and demand, especially around holidays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your door.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the United States. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Delays

Lost or Stolen Packages
